AT Energo Trade has contributed to the funding of the Defenders of Ukraine Leadership Center at Kyiv-Mohyla Academy, allocating UAH 500,000 to support Ukrainian veterans and female veterans.
The funds will be used to implement the Center’s management development programs and to develop a new educational program for veterans seeking to apply their experience and expertise in business, the public sector, and civic life.
The Defenders of Ukraine Leadership Center combines education, management skills development, and a professional community. Its goal is to help veterans transform their military experience into new professional opportunities and strengthen their role in the development of Ukraine.
Established in 2024, the Center has become a platform for systematic work aimed at developing veterans’ leadership potential. Its programs are delivered with the participation of lecturers and experts from Kyiv-Mohyla Academy and focus on practical skills essential for management, entrepreneurship, and the implementation of social projects.
Supporting such programs is an investment not only in veterans’ professional development but also in Ukraine’s human capital and leadership potential.
For AT Energo Trade, supporting socially important initiatives is an integral part of its corporate responsibility. The company systematically supports charitable and social projects, both through funding its own Charitable Foundation “Dopomoha.AET” and by directly supporting other foundations, organizations, and initiatives.
